Strategic Advisory Services
As a first step, we might recommend that you undertake our SAFe strategic review to consider your strategy and the choices you are making to ensure you are headed in the right direction for your company.
If you are seeking funding, we also offer a pitch deck review service where we adopt a strategic, value-driven approach to help you convey your story powerfully and persuasively to potential investors. This involves a 2-hour video call to provide feedback on your pitch deck together with a summary report. We also provide feedback on two further revisions of your pitch deck if needed.
Alternatively, you might want to opt for or progress to a more in-depth strategy review and report such as our Strategy Compass package, where we work with you over three live (or virtual) workshops to help you develop your strategy and ensure it is aligned with your purpose. We can offer competitively-priced packages on all of our services as part of our commitment to make strategy accessible.
Finally, we know from experience that many companies benefit from ongoing support as they implement their strategy. At pH3 Capital, we can work more closely with you to determine gaps in resources and capabilities you may need to fill, what systems and processes may need to change to fit your strategy, what partnerships and external relationships, including those which are community-based, might strengthen your value proposition or help you gain more traction. We can offer different packages over three months or more for those who value the certainty of advice when they need it and where they can access support on a customised basis such as two hours or two days per month. In our extended packages, we work with you to consider how you will implement your strategy to grow sustainably.
Typically, the process of working with us might involve all of the following steps. You might also decide to undertake the first two steps alone or even progress from Step 2 to Step 4.

SAFE package
We work with you to provide you with a short summary report focused on reviewing your strategy through a SAFe lens, assessing the Suitability, Acceptability and Feasibility of your strategy. The process begins with pH3 Capital reviewing your pitch desk/business plan following which you complete a survey assessment ahead of a 1–2-hour video call with your team.
We apply our SAFe (Suitability, Acceptability, Feasibility) framework to consider your strategy and the choices you are making. If your strategy is able to meet these three criteria, you will improve your chances of success.
Suitability
Addresses whether and how the firm is able to take advantage of the opportunities it wishes to pursue.
Acceptability
Looks at the expectations of stakeholders. A holistic approach is taken which extends to sustainability; social as well as environmental impacts are considered as well as how your strategy is aligned with your organisational purpose.
Feasibility
Focused on implementation to ensure that you have confidence that your strategy will work in practice. It reminds us that success requires not only coming up with a good strategy but also the ability to implement it effectively at the speed required.

Governance We can work with you to ensure your business is prepared ahead of time to be compliant with all climate-related financial disclosure requirements which are anticipated to become mandatory across the UK by 2025.
